This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end payroll for UK and Ireland, ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on time. The successful candidate will have thechance to support relationships with third-party suppliers across relevant locations and provide backup for US and CAD payrolls. The ideal candidate will be experienced in driving advancements within processing and customer service delivery.* Manage end-to-end payroll for UK and Ireland* Support relationships with third-party suppliers* Uphold business ethics and comply with procedures, policies, and regulationsWhat youll do:As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end payroll process for UK and Ireland. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with third-party suppliers across various locations while also providing backupsupport for US and CAD payrolls. Your role will extend to supporting global payroll processing in additional countries as the company expands. Staying abreast of legislative and tax changes will be key to ensuring that the company adopts best practices. Youwill also be tasked with keeping payroll systems updated at all times, producing regular management information reports, supporting annual processes like P60, P11D, and assisting employees with their queries.* Process the end-to-end payroll for UK and Ireland payrolls and relevant reporting to ensure all employees are paid correctly and on time.* Support the relationship with payroll third-party suppliers across relevant locations.* Provide support as a backup resource for US and CAD payrolls.* Help support global payroll processing in additional countries where required as the company grows.* Keep up to date on legislative and tax changes and ensure the company adopts best practice in this regard.* Ensure payroll systems are kept updated at all times including new hires, leavers, changes in terms, bank changes, etc.* Support with secondee data and changes e.g. secondee data grids.* Produce regular and ad hoc management information reports and payroll reports as required.* Provide support to employees with payroll/benefits queries, etc. via our shared Culture & People inbox daily.* Support P60, P11D and other annual processes.What you bring:The ideal Payroll Specialist will bring a wealth of experience in driving advancements and improvements within processing and customer service delivery. You will have previous UK payroll experience, with European and/or US payroll experience being a desirableasset. Your knowledge of tax, HR policies, and regulations will be crucial to your success in this role.
