My client based in Birmingham is a national professional services firm with an opportunity for a payroll advisor to join their team. The role will work closely with the firms HR operations team, and reporting to a Senior HR Manager, this busy and challenging role is responsible for managing all aspects of the firms payroll function through the firms HR and payroll software, CoreHR. This involves the delivery of the end-to-end payroll process for 1000 monthly paid employees and all associated administration and liaison with the Finance team. This role can be remotely based.This busy and varied role will allow the successful candidate to have full accountability for the payroll function and will operate as the payroll specialist for the firm.
