Job Description

An international leading law firm is looking for an experienced Payroll Assistant to process the payroll accuracy and efficiently within a busy HR environment. As a meticulous and confident individual, you will be expected to liaise with different teamsregarding international assignments and payroll processes.This fast-paced and demanding role will primarily involve:Administration of the monthly payroll processes, including company benefitsProvision of an efficient and professional serviceAccurate inputting of data and payments including disbursements and reconciliationsLiaison with different teamsBuilding relationships with internal and external stakeholdersThe successful payroll administrator will possess the following skills and attributes:Previous payroll experience with excellent knowledge of the practices and proceduresExperience managing UK and International payroll, end to endIdeally knowledge of payroll systems and pension administrationStrong IT skills with good working knowledge of MS OfficeA financial awareness with the ability to analyse dataRefined communication and organisational skillsPreferably previous experience of international payrollAre you a driven individual looking for a chance to demonstrate your initiative, flexibility and ability to multi-task Can you communicate at all levels, remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlinesIf you think this role is for you, please apply online or contact Matt D’Silva on 0121_633_4443 today!
