An unmissable opportunity has arisen for a confident and positive coordinator to join a brilliant client of mine who are a UK leading private healthcare business with offices in Edgbaston near to Birmingham City Centre.They are looking for a customer focused and organised candidate with a positive can do attitude. You will have the perfect blend of attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and also the ability to keep a number of stakeholders informed and communicatewith patients.This role is involved with the organising and coordinating throughout the whole patient journey from initial enquiry through to the procedure and aftercare.Benefits of the role:Salary = £21,000 per annumHybrid and remote working is available for this role. All equipment will be providedHours = Mon-Fri 9am-5pmYearly profit related bonus is availableFull training is providedParking is available on siteDuties include: Managing diaries for consultations Sending clinic lists to surgeons daily Organising payment plans for patients Processing booking forms for surgery Liaising with surgeons/secretaries/GPs Collecting mental health support letters from patients when required Producing medical certificates when required Booking psychologist referrals when required Arranging dietitian referrals when required Collecting GP notes from patients (or GPs directly) when required Answering calls during busy periods and taking messages for the sales team Communicate changes in availability to the sales team Distribute emails to the sales teamDesired Skills and Experience: Previous office based customer service, administration or coordination experience is essential Excellent communication skills with the confidence to handing incoming and outgoing calls Attention to detail and organisation. Ability to manage a large workload and prioritise tasks. Creative, high energy, innovative, proactive, and resourceful.
