Job Description

Patient Experience and Complaints Support OfficerBirmingham1 - 2 Month Contract£150.48 - £170.48 per day (Inside IR35)Monday - Friday / 8:30 - 16:30/ 37.50 hours per week/ / Hybrid workingAre you a Patients Experience and Support Officer with prior experience working within a complex customer service environment Looking for your next immediately available, temporary, role with the NHS where you will be working within a fantastic team to proactivelylead the Patient Advice and Liaison Service function of the CCGs patient experience and complaints teamThis role offers an excellent short term contract for one of the UKs leading NHS Trusts where attractive rates of pay are on offer and an immediate start is available.This would role suit a Patient Experience and Complaints Support Officer with prior experience of dealing with and resolving patient complaints within an NHS organisation.The Role:

  • First point of contact for the patient experience and complaints team
  • Facilitate speedy and informal resolution of concerns raised by service users through liaison with CCG staff
  • Sourcing information from internal and external bodies to resolve concerns efficiently
  • Support staff training to ensure that staff are aware of the CCGS PALS complaints procedure
  • Organising and taking notes in meetings when required
  • Obtain all documentation relating to each complaints
  • Gathering and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data in relation to PALS enquiriesThe Person:
  • Demonstrate an experience working within a complex customer service environment
  • Able to work in the office 2 times a week
  • Knowledge of the NHS complaints regulations 2009
  • Proficient in working with all Microsoft Packages
