Job Description

  • Ensure top-notch teaching, efficient resource utilization, and enhanced learning and achievement standards for all pupils.
Additionally, the ideal candidates should have prior experience in:
  • Working with young people with special educational needs, particularly those with social, emotional, and/or mental health disabilities.
  • Providing individualised support for the personal development of children and young people.
  • Conducting interventions with small groups of pupils to support academic, behavioural, and social progress.
  • Promoting the progress and well-being of individual pupils and their respective class or tutor groups.
Candidates must hold GCSE qualifications (or equivalent) at Grade C and above in English and Mathematics, in addition to a relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).At the school, they are deeply committed to nurturing the talents and potential of their staff and prioritise their well-being.
