Partnership Manager Community Housing Sector West Midlands Permanent and Full Time £ 40k to £ 50kdependent upon experience CMD Recruitment is delighted to bring this exciting role to market for our client, a well-respected community housing association specifically tailored to the needs of migrants and refugees with a span across Bristol and the West Midlands. Negative stereotypes and broken systems in the UK mean that 75% of refugees and migrants have no opportunities beyond low-paid, entry-level employment. My Client aims to redefine, recentre and rebuild this process to end the cycle of poverty.It is their vision to empower refugees and migrants who reside in the UK to lead self-sufficient and ambitious lives They believe that increased access to support, training, and education creates spaces and opportunities for people to thrive. In delivery terms this sees my client providing accommodation-based integration services to over 800 refugees from over 40 different countries and community-based services to a further 1500 refugees and migrants every year. Do you want to be part of this amazing organizationA vacancy exists in the organisation for a Partnership Manager to join them in their endeavor to improve social mobility for migrants and refugees and never has there been a more fitting time to do this with so many refugees entering theUK from war-torn parts of the World The role outline To support more refugees they need to grow their networks and partnerships to maintain the work they do, to expand their services to meet new demands but they also need to be a key part of local and regional refugee and migrant resettlement and integrationresponses. this is where you come in ................ The Partnership Manager will represent the company in key networks and forums in Birmingham and across the West Midlands. You will be part of all major forums focused on housing, refugee, and migrant integration in Birmingham and more widely in the region Build necessary short-term and long-term relationships with statutory partners, corporate partners, and local employers to meet strategic objectives Internally you will work closely with the CEO and the Chief Innovation Officer If this sounds of interest and you are a mover and a shaker with key networks in housing and local authority forums then Id like to hear from you
