Job Description

We are currently representing an AJ Top 100 Practice based in Birmingham that are actively seeking a Part II Architectural Assistant to join their growing, talented team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Part II Architectural Assistant to build anddevelop their career within an award-winning Architectural Practice.Our client work within several sectors as well as on a range of small to large scale developments. Sectors they work within include, Residential, Workplace, Urban Design, Masterplanning, Education, Workplace, Retail and Healthcare. The successful Part IIArchitectural Assistant should have experience within at least one of these sectors. It is essential for the successful Part II Architectural Assistant to have a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience. This practice use Revit on a daily basis sothey are seeking a Part II Architectural Assistant with an excellent knowledge of this software.Part II Architectural Assistant Position Overview

  • Work on a range of small to large scale developments within a variety of sectors
  • Prepare, develop and edit drawings, models and other documents
  • Assist the design team and work closely with the Senior / Project Architect
  • Work closely with clients
  • Attend and contribute to design meetings
  • Use Revit on a daily basis
  • Produce graphics though hand sketching or creative media
Part II Architectural Assistant Position Requirements
  • Living in or around the Birmingham area
  • Relevant Degree Qualified; Minimum 2 Years Professional Experience (Post-Qualification)
  • High proficiency with Revit
  • Excellent work ethic with high motivation
  • Strong Organisational Skills
  • Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
Part II Architectural Assistant Position Remuneration
  • Salary; £25,000 - £32,000 (DOE)
  • Holiday; 25 Days + Bank Holiday
