Job Title: ParaplannerLocation: North-West Birmingham Salary - £34,000 - £40,000Capio Recruitment is working with an award-winning financial planning firm on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner to join a boutique practice in Birmingham. The firm puts their clients at the forefront of the business, with an individualfinancial roadmap to every person who walks through the door.The role itself will involve aspects of leadership as its based within the paraplanning team supporting the firms financial planners, but a focus would also be helping the admin team and more junior members of the paraplanning function develop further. Thisposition would suit some who is comfortable in a paraplanning role but looking for a more prominent role with more responsibility within a growing financial planning firm. Other duties would consist of suitability report writing, product/investment researchand cash flow modelling, being a key part of the advice process.With our client looking to find candidates for the long-term, this role would suit someone who is looking to build and develop within an influential wealth management practice which also has a friendly, collaborative culture.What our client will offer you:
