Job Description

PARALEGAL - MOTOR FRAUD£22,000 - £30,000/ Hybrid WorkingFantastic opportunity for a Paralegal to join a leading international law firm with an established reputation offering you the chance to work with some of the biggest insurance companies in the UK. After some fantastic client wins they are poised for significantgrowth and are looking to hire an experienced Paralegal to join at this very exciting time.THE OPPORTUNITY

  • You will handle a caseload of predominately litigated claims, with appropriate supervision across a number of different clients. Claims will be motor related and will have concerns on them for reasons of fraud - cases willl include a mixture of Delegatedand Non-Delegated authority.
  • The workwill include a mixture of claims involving staged claims, exaggerated claims, phantom passenger claims, minimal impact cases and contrived claims.
  • You will act as a point of contact for clients, demonstrating a level of knowledge and skill commensurate with experience.
THE CANDIDATE
  • You will be an experienced case handler, preferably with a strong litigation background gained within a personal injury environment.
  • Expertise in fraud is beneficial, but not essential as succesful candidates will be fully trained on dealing with these type of claims.
  • Knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules.
