Job Description

Our client are a fast growing e-commerce businessThey are now looking to for a Paid Search Manager to join them in the next phase of their growth..This is an exciting position for a passionate, analytical paid search specialist who is looking to take the next step on their career.Supporting our Head of Customer Acquisition, you’ll be given the opportunity to manage, plan, develop, implement, and optimise a variety of paid search campaigns across multiple sectors and countries. This is a hands-on role that is pivotable to our business growth strategy within the paid search channels.Role and ResponsibilitiesYou will:

  • Possess a strong understanding of paid channels, specifically paid search and display.
  • Build and manage innovative consumer-focused campaigns from scratch with a core focus on KPI and ROI
  • Support the Head of Customer Acquisition and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure maximum cross channel efficiencies
  • Have the ability to continuously identify and explore new opportunities, test, learn and maximise campaign performance.
  • Test copy, targeting and landing pages, in order to drive best-in-class results while regularly reporting results to key stakeholders
  • Own and maintain all relevant reporting (weekly, monthly and quarterly) on the performance
  • Essential Criteria
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience managing paid campaigns
  • A high degree of numeracy and literacy
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully managing paid search campaigns
  • Strong understanding of paid search platforms
  • Confident with analytics tools and a strong understanding of tracking and conversion optimisation
  • Ability to produce accurate, commercially focused MI that tracks against business KPIs
  • Accuracy and a keen eye for detail
  • Up to date with digital marketing trends
  • Having an unbreakable amount of enthusiasm and desire to learn
  • Desirable Criteria
  • Google Ads Certified
  • Degree Educated
  • Knowledge of / interest in e-com trading
  • French-speaking
