Paediatric Clinical LeadThornbury Community Services (Part of Acacium Group)Location: Field based with frequent travel across the MidlandsEmployment Type: Permanent, full timeSalary: £42,000-£45,000 + £3,000 car allowance + 5% annual bonusUnlock your potential:Part of the Acacium Group, Thornbury Community Services has an exciting opportunity to join our thriving business as an Paediatric Clinical Lead. You will be responsible for overseeing the bespoke care and support of clients, helping them to achieve theirfull potential and experience an increased quality of life.   • Develop individualised care plans in partnership with the service user, family and other Health Care Professionals as appropriate ensuring goals are patient focused, realistic and achievable
  • Be responsible for undertaking initial holistic nursing assessments in partnership with the Service User, family and carer and involving other statutory/voluntary/third party sector providers as necessary
  • Identify and manage risk as part of the care provision to clients whilst implementing precautions to safeguard the welfare and safetyof staff, clients, visitors and the public, by implementing all policies related to health, safety, security and risk whenever applicable
  • Effectively work as part of the wider field-based team, building a strong team-based approach to providing care

  • Be a Paediatric Nurse, band 6 or equivalent
  • Have recent tracheostomy and ventilation experience with up to date competencies in both areas
  • Have a passion for delivering excellence in clinical and holistic care
  • Have experience in delivery or training or assessing
