Job Description

Make a Difference: Be the PA Who Supports a Passionate CEO!Are you an organizational whizz with a passion for social impact Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, anticipating needs and ensuring smooth operations If so, this could be your dream role!Our client, a leading dedicated charity dedicated who are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team. This is your chance to play a key role in supporting their CEO and Senior Leadership Team as they worktirelessly to achieve their mission. This role will have some flexibility to work from home but also offers 31 days holiday plus bank holidays.You will:

  • Be the CEOs right-hand person, managing their diary, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a central hub for the SLT, coordinating projects, programs, and communication.
  • Handle urgent matters efficiently and proactively, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Draft and proofread high-quality correspondence for the CEO.
  • Organise meetings, maintain filing systems, and ensure compliance with data protection standards
  • Provide confidential administrative support for personnel matters.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the annual business review process and adding new processes and procedures.
  • Research and writing reports
This role will be office based and ideal for an experienced PA who enjoys working for a cause. You MUST have Board level experience with exposure to meetings, minute taking and board packs.
