We are recruiting for an Order Processor to join a well-established company based in Birmingham.You will be responsible for checking order details and accurately entering the information onto the companys electronic operating system ready for manufacture. This will involve technically appraising the information when it comes in, producing quotationsand dealing with any product variations. You will be expected to liaise with the customer throughout the process of fabricating their products through to delivery and invoice. It will also involve working closely with the Production and Sales Departments onthe progress of orders. The role will report into the Operations Manager.Applicants should have previous experience of UPVC and Aluminium Glazing Products and be familiar with bespoke processing software such as Business Micros and Logikal. The ability to understand and interpret technical information including construction elevationsand drawings and provide technical guidance on products and orders will also be needed. Applicants should have excellent customer service and communication skills and should be able to prioritise and deal with a busy working environment.The role comes with a generous salary and there will be opportunities to progress your career within the Technical Department.
