Operations Manager (Renewable Energy)The Midlands (Remote Working Available) £50,000 - £70,000 + Vehicle + Remote Working + Profitshare + Pension + Holidays Are you an Operations, Installations or Technical Manager with experience in the Renewable Energy industry covering technologies such as Solar PV or EV Do you want to enter immediately into a senior role within an already established, highly regarded and ever-growing business where you can leave your mark on the company and leave a long-lasting impact on the commercial Renewables market in the Midlands This company specializes in the installation, servicing and maintenance of commercial scale Solar PV, EV and Biomass systems. They have almost tripled in size over the past 18 months and are looking to expand their team by brining on someone who has experienceof leading operations with regards to renewable energy installations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of commercial Solar PV and EV projects, ensuring delivery is efficient and to a high standard. This will cover pre and post-installation, people management, and will involve scheduling,organising and ordering materials, managing installation teams, dealing with customer queries, providing technical support and being able to problem solve under pressure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in an Operations/Contract/Installations/Technical management role specifically within the Commercial Solar PV, EV or HV industries. You must be an excellent communicator, be able to perform and problem solveunder pressure, be highly organised and have proven people management skills.
