Office ManagerPermanentBirmingham, West Midlands£25,000 - £30,00040 hours An exciting permanent opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager to join a well-known Main Contractor based in the center of Birmingham. They are on the look-out for someone who is dynamic, confident and who has a real passion for the construction industry.This office has quite a buzzing culture and can be full of people at any one time. Office Manager Duties are, but not limited to:• Overall running of the office• Dealing with permits both ongoing and new• Audits• Actively taking part in Bids and Tenders• Ordering stationery and office consumables• Setting up new starters on the systems and inductions• Helping the commercial team when needed for any invoice related queries• Implementing new processes as and when needed to ensure the business continues to run smoothly • Regular meetings with the Directors and assisting them when required.As the Office Manager you will have:• Drivers license with own transport• Excellent communication skills and be confident interacting with the whole team • Previous experience with A-Connect and within construction. • Strict time Management and Organisational skills• IT Literate, including Excel• Able to maintain a calm demeanor when working under pressure • A methodical structured approach to working• Superb customer service skills and the want to deliver a great service• Keen eye for detailThe successful Office Manager will be working alongside a friendly and helpful team, who work hard and laugh harder.
