Office Manager – £30-35k – Edgbaston, BirminghamWhat’s in it for the successful Office Manager• A salary of £30-35k DOE with bonus incentives• Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm• Lunch and an early finish on a Friday• Car Parking Space available• Quarterly nights outMy client offers a unique and bespoke loan service to small limited companies, providing them with a solution to short-term working capital, cash flow and other issues that may arise. They provide loans for a period of up to 12 months and have simplified theprocess making it easy for their clients, with funds transferred within 24 hours of making the application. They are currently recruiting for an Office Manager to assist in a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business. You will be working in a small, stable and friendly team in a relaxed, casual dress environment from their offices in Edgbaston.The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar operational role in Finance, Accountancy or Credit Control and have a confident and friendly character. You will also need to be competent with Office Suite and previous experience of using DocuSign and SAGEor a similar accountancy package would be advantageous.Duties will include, but not limited to:• Customer management – liaising with new clients when applying for funding and managing existing client base with any account queries or complaints.• Processing payments on existing accounts and ensuring all debt recovery is also managed daily (debt recovery generally done with MD)• Scheduling loan appointments between both clients and management.• Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff.• Managing investor accounts, preparing letters, and reports for investor accounts. • Processing invoices and managing office budgets (with MD) including managing various external software’s already implemented into the business. • Implement any new policies and procedures as directed by MD and Commercial Director.• Reporting to senior management with KPI’s and requested figures.• Arranging any out of office activities. • Being able to roll up your sleeves and help with whatever is required to keep the office running smoothly.• Assist the MD with general duties.
