I am currently recruiting for a brand new role which would be perfect for someone who has a love for the arts and theatre.I have recently been retained to recruit for an Office Coordinator to join an unique company in Birmingham that visits schools around the country and uses theatre and drama to educate pupils in the sensitive and highly important issues of anti bullying,child exploitation, sex education and relationships.They run over 1000 of these sessions every year and currently performing to over 100,000 primary and secondary school age children and informing them of these importantly safeguarding topics.This company was established in the early 90’s but has doubled it’s workload in the last 3 years and looking to grow it’s workforce through this exciting period of growth.Salary = £27,000 per annumLocation = Office is based on the outskirts of central Birmingham, near to DigbethHybrid working = Only one day a week in the office necessary for team meeting. Rest of the week is work from homeBenefits = Free parking is available on site, development and growth available as the company grows, all working equipment is provided, Employee assistance program and the opportunity to work for a growing company within the arts.Expectations of the role:We are looking for someone who is polite, articulate, well organised and assertive.Good communication skills is essential along with a high level of accuracy.We need someone who is happy to speak to customers within schools over the phone and coordinate all important information in writing.Experience in a target driven sales or customer service role would be desirable however someone with the right confident character will pick up all elements of the role.Once a tour has been agreed with a funding party and set up by the Sales Manager, you as the Office Co-ordinator will support the planning and management of the tour.This includes the marketing and selling to eligible schools and colleges, booking in the schools and colleges and allocating the funding, co-ordinating the additional resources needed, overseeing the budgets and evaluation, and supporting with evaluationreport writing.Non negotiables:
