Job Description

Are you looking for your next career move within the professional services sector Do you have general office administration experience, and thrive on delivering exceptional client service If so, please read on!GRG are supporting a Birmingham City Centre professional services organisation, who are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure thesmooth running of the office.In this permanent role, you will be required to work in office on a full-time basis, Monday - Friday, between 9am - 5.30pm. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Managing the companys email inbox
  • Organising and scheduling appointments
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies
  • Performing other administrative duties as required to support the Administration Team Lead
Key Requirements:
  • Significant experience in office administration
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Professional and friendly demeanour
