Job Description

Office Administrator – Competitive Salary (dependent on experience)– Birmingham, B7The RoleAre you an effective organiser who excels at overseeing day-to-day activities Do you have a knack for maintaining company records and managing financial aspects If so, we’d like to hear from you!As the backbone of our operation, you will coordinate daily activities with the assistance of office staff, requiring minimal supervision. Your role involves the upkeep of company records and managing our financials, liaising with the appropriate personnelto ensure a seamless operation across all activities undertaken by the company and its subsidiaries.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain data record of members and suppliers.
  • Organise and allocate duties to staff on day-to-day basis.
  • Develop and implements office systems for the smooth running of office.
  • carry audit of activities.
  • Organise and keep records for letting of commercial and residential lettings of properties and co-ordinating with appropriate personnel.
  • Prepare documentation pertaining to rental including collection of Rent of commercial and residential properties of the Organisation.
  • Manage and maintain sales ledger for distinct income streams.
  • Assist in preparation of Managements Accounts on a regular basis.
  • Taking note of the meeting and prepare minutes.
The Person
  • Previous experience working within an office environment would be an advantage.
  • Good organisation skills, able to prioritise and work effectively to deadlines.
  • Excellent knowledge of Office Applications such as Ms Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
  • Good knowledge of accounts software in particular Sage line 50.
  • Good knowledge of accounting procedures and other regulations such as Human Resources, MHRA etc.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Confidentiality and discretion, including an awareness of Data Protection Act.
