Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:* Daily Care: Attend to the daily needs of infants, including feeding, diaper changing, and maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.* Activity Planning: Create and implement age-appropriate activities that promote the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of babies.* Collaboration: Work closely with other nursery staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.* Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing updates on their childs progress and well-being.* Safety: Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring the well-being and security of all children in your care.Requirements:To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications and attributes:* Level 3 qualification in early childhood education.* Paediatric First Aid (PFA) training.* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.* Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.* Passion for fostering the growth and development of young children.Potential for Permanency:For the right candidate, this long-term role in the Nurseries baby room has the potential to transition into a permanent position.
