11 September 2023 Permanent Full Time EmployersOur ClientThis successful renewable energy SME is involved with a large solar residential project in the UK that is operational. The company funds, operates and maintains rooftop solar PV alongside smart meters, LED lighting and, in some cases, energy storageunits. Due to growth and expansion, the business is diversifying activity and is looking to develop a range of commercial and ground based solar projects as well.The NED Requirement & RoleThe Board of the JV currently consists of 4 people, two appointed byeach JV partner. Since one of the Board members is leaving, there is the strategic requirement to recruit a new Non Executive Director (NED).
