Job Description

Non-Domestic Energy AssessorRef:BM156My client is a growing multidisciplined consultancy who are on the lookout for an experienced NDEA to join them in their new offices in Birmingham.Role responsibilities:

  • Issue Energy Performance Certificates and complete written reports
  • Complete property condition inspections and audits
  • Be organised with general administration
  • Build and develop long lasting client relationships
Role requirements include:
  • NDEA level 5 accreditation would be advantageous, but Level 4 would still be considered
  • Relevant experience within a NDEA role, with demonstratable experience delivering commercial EPCs
  • Experience with IES and Design Builder Software
  • Full UK driving license
  • Excellent communication and strong attention to detail
