Job Description

  • National Sales Manager role with leading brand interiors manufacturer
  • Established brand that has experienced strong year-on-year growth
National Sales Manager
  • This is a national / home / field based people management role.
  • You will be apart of the senior leadership team responsible for managing a successful field sales function that includes Account Managers and Key Account Managers with budget responsibility of C £40M.
  • As National Sales Manager, you will coach, develop, train and motivate your team.
  • The route to market is via merchants / distributors / retail and therefore a good handle on P&L is required.
  • You will have an input in setting sales targets, 121s, performance reviews / plans, recruitment.
  • Our client is looking for someone to lead by example and come with good commercial people management / coaching skills.

  • £60,000 basic
  • OTE C £40/ £50K uncapped
