Delivering exceptional customer service through buildingand maintaining strong customer relationships.Working with all areas of the business to deliver the best outcome for our customers, their policy holders and Copart.The National Account Manager will work with other peers in Insurance Sales and be supported by an office-based support team to enable a focused approach on our growth. Working with team mates across all areas and at all levels of our business you must bean excellent communicator and motivator with a highly collaborative style.This is a pivotal role within the sales function taking responsibility for managing multi-level relationships and commercial negotiations with a portfolio of existing insurance, credit hire and accident management customers, fully understanding and deliveringtheir requirements through effective communication to the businesss operation and other departments. There is also a critical requirement to enhance the portfolio by actively seeking out new business opportunities as well as process improvements and sellingin additional services to increase revenue and ultimately profitability.Key responsibilities:
