Job Description

National Account ManagerHybrid Role£Competitive + Bonus + Car Role ProfileAs the exclusive recruitment partner for Bunzl Catering group, Cast UK have been instructed to recruit a National Account Manager for their AGGORA Technical division.As the exclusive recruitment partner for AGGORA, Cast UK have been instructed to recruit a National Account Manager position. The role will be a hybrid position, meeting customers weekly, working from home and also visiting the AGGORA offices. The NationalAccount Manager will serve as primary relationship owner, maintaining and developing key client accounts. The role will be a critical part of the companys account management structure, ensuring clients gain an excellent and long-term experience of AGGORAsservices.Key Responsibilities

  • Experience in professional client relationship management, delivering consistent and professional advice and support. Drive client retention, expansion, upselling and satisfaction.
  • A motivated, persuasive, and confident approach to review meetings and client analytics.
  • A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables.
  • A keen attention to detail and proven track record of both revenue and margin delivery.
  • Attend review meetings with customers as when and where required in the UK. The role will involve UK wide travel and various overnights stays.
  • Work with Aggora Service Managers and Helpdesk to ensure technical reactive work is completed in a timely fashion ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Develop and grow the managed accounts and achieve annual set targets on revenues and margin.
  • Complete Asset reviews to identify potential equipment replacements.
  • Actively work to upsell reactive only clients under their management to PPM Contracts and from PPM only to partially comprehensive and fully comprehensive contracts.
  • Handle any service delivery issues and work through to a positive conclusion, using persuasion and negotiation.
  • Help develop AGGORAs unique selling propositions alongside client requirements.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly status and results presentations to internal and external teams.
  • Account / Region margin and revenue responsibility.
  • Complete Asset Surveys / Tagging for prospective maintenance contracts.
  • Monitoring and feeding back to management on competitor activity.
This is a hybrid-based National Account role providing drive sales in a sector specific environment. The successful candidate will seek out the views and ideas of a range of stakeholders (including those who are not specifically in their own area) as wellas demonstrating an ability to win through collaboration. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to delegate and recognises and be able to demonstrate the importance of giving time to others.
