Our growing In-House Maintenance Team is seeking an experienced supervisor to join us as a Multi-trade Team Leader in order to support the effective management of a multi-disciplined team of Trade Operatives, Contractors and self-employed Operatives.Multi-Trade Team LeaderLocation: Birmingham & Surrounding Areas, B21 0NUSalary: £39,551 per annumHours: Full Time - 39 hours per weekContract Type: PermanentThe RoleYour job will be to supervise the team as they carry out responsive repairs and voids maintenance across our housing stock in the North Midlands or Birmingham geographies.Youll support us to ensure that our homes remain places that our customers are proud to call home by leading and motivating your team to repair and maintain our homes - frequently inspecting works to ensure their carried out to a high-standard.Always with the customer in mind, you’ll work with colleagues across our organisation to ensure a seamless first-class responsive repairs service that is contractually compliant, timely, cost effective and safe - always striving to continuously improve ourservice to ensure high customer satisfaction.Please note, we have multiple full-time positions available for this job role. We are looking for both permanent candidates as well as somebody to join us on a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract.Our ideal candidate It goes without saying that you’ll have excellent supervisory and technical ability, with good construction knowledge, Health & Safety legislation, fire safety, CDM Regulations and have proven experience of financialand budgetary control and void property management.
