Analytical MP&L Manager needed for an automotive manufacturer in Birmingham who smashed their Q1 sales targets and have moved strongly into Q2. They need a MP&L Manager onsite who can work with a reactive plan, who is resolute in their approach to work and is determined to be successful.My client is a privately-owned precision manufacturing business with a rich history and an exciting future, based in Birmingham. A manufacturer of market-leading automotive products, the business is looking to appoint a new MP&L Manager, they will be tasked with reorganising, re-energising and growing their offering in the market. The MP&L Manager will work and lead a small team under them and will receive a more than competitive salary for this level.The successful MP&L Manager will have a background within production planning in any manufacturing sector, experience within a differing sector backgrounds would be preferable as this is a truly unique environment where working reactively will be crucial. You should naturally have a highly analytical mind and have developed advanced Excel skills, both required due to the complex nature of production.
