Working within our busy and dynamic Motor Claims Centreyou’ll be managing new and existing claims, whilst making decisions on the customers policy cover. We see ourselves as one big team, therefore you’ll take pride in working as an effective team player.You’ll receive a comprehensive 10 week onsite induction & academy from our specialist trainers to set you up for success in your new role. Once more competent in the role youll move to a hybrid way of working; working at least 40% of your week away fromhome at our Birmingham office, this will be around the 6-month stage dependent on your individual development against the plan. You’ll be provided with a Career Development Framework that is reviewed every six months for two years with your manager, givingyou clear career progression.What you’ll be doing:Joining us as a Customer Motor Claims Handler, you’ll be an essential member of the team helping our customers over the phone, by handling their claims. You’ll have strong communication skills, with the ability to build great relationships based on integrityand trust.
