Motor Assist Manager - Hybrid workingGreat opportunity for a Motor Assist Manager (Operations) to join our team here at AX. As the Motor Assist Manager you role willassist the Head of Motor Assist in the development and deployment as the business unit moves to a phase of sustained growth withinthe Fleet, Automotive and Insurance sectors.Hybrid working - Fort Dunlop/HomeThe role will take responsibility and accountability for Operational KPI’s aligned to their team, Good understanding of Motor Claims Management Platforms to best manage Operational tasks, be a link between Sales and Operations & support new client implementationsplanning, processes and reporting.AX Motor AssistAt the end of 2021 we launched our incident management service, AX Motor Assist.Supportingfleet and leasing companiesand their customers, as well as commercial and private-lines insurance brokers and their clients, franchise dealer groups and OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), AX Motor Assist is a technology-driven,end-to-end claims management service – from First Notice of Loss (FNOL) , through to vehicle repair and completion of the claim, AX Motor Assist will support fleets and their drivers through every step by arranging roadside recovery when required, organisingreplacement mobility & minimising vehicle downtime through effective repair methodsAs the Motor Assist Manager, your responsibilities will include:·Effectively manage the delivery of end-to-end Fleet, Automotive and Insurer Accident Management Processes and general operational claims functions in line with contractual, SLA and key performance requirements. ·Excellent communication skills and a history of managing large teams in a fast-paced environment ·Lead, develop and motivate a team to ensure all colleagues are working to and achieving agreed targets.·Develop a robust resourcing plan to mitigate risk especially for peak or red alert events. ·A great understanding of Fleet, Automotive, Insurance and Repair sectors·Produce and maintain processes and procedures for all operational services. ·Take a proactive approach to process improvement and highlight and present risks to process and procedures.Our Motor Assist Manager will bring the following skills and experiences to our team:· Demonstrable experience working within the Motor Accident Management & Insurance claims industry within a similar role.· Confident communicator· Ability to work unsupervised using own initiative. · Experience in building and leading multi-disciplined teams. · Experience in managing, training, and developing people.· Experienced in process improvement and adherence techniques.· In-depth understanding of the processing required to deliver an end-to-end motor claims service.· Ability to maintain both internal and external stakeholder relationships.· The ability to design, understand and interpret MI.· Good Knowledge of industry software, e.g., Claims Platforms, BMS, Caps, Audatex.· A commercially aware with the ability to help shape the future of the product and grow the business.Along with acompetitivesalary,you will also join a monthly bonus scheme of up to £5000 additional annual bonus, receive a range of benefits including 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays), rising to 27 with length of service,Bupa Healthcare, Life Insurance at 4 x salary, Employee Assistance Programmes, and ongoing professional development.Are you concerned you don’t have all the requirements we would likeEvidence shows that certain candidates are less likely to apply for a role if they feel they don’t meet every criteria or qualification.AX is committed to supporting all communities we serve, through our dedication to creating an inclusive, diverse, and collaborative environment, where people feel comfortable being themselves at work.If you are excited about the sound of this role and your personal values resonate with ours at AX, we encourage you to apply or contact us to register your interest in other opportunities.Even if you think your skills and any experience doesn’t perfectly align, your values and core behaviours may.Take a further look….you may be the perfect person for us – and us for you!To apply for this role as Motor Assist Manager, please click apply online and upload an updated copy of your CV.REF-213 149
