Great that youre thinking about a career with BSI!Job Title: Medical Devices Tutor (ISO 27001)Location: UK HomebasedSalary: £50,000 - £60,000 plus benefitsBSI Training has seen impressive growth over the last few years and as we continue to grow and diversify our training portfolio, we look for talented, creative client-focused people to join our team of tutors in supporting our clients in their learning anddevelopment pathway.Do you have industry experience in Medical Devices Do you have experience delivering training Even better, have you delivered online trainingAbout the role:Reporting into the Tutor Delivery Manager our tutors work closely with numerous industry sectors to help them improve their performance by providing structured training solutions both face to face and virtual classroom environments using accelerated learningtechniques and proven online delivery approaches.Our Medical Devices Tutor role is rewarding but challenging and there is never a dull day, each client is different, so each day and each course is different, and this will challenge your creative ability to ensure our clients developmentobjectives are not just met but exceeded in every instance.Our tutors deliver best in class training solutions in face to face, virtual classroom and hybrid environments and act as go to SMEs to ensure course material is current and relevant to our clients.Our tutors are home based buttravel extensivelyacross the UK and other countries, often spending several days away from home as they run their courses.About You:To be successful as our Medical Devices Tutor you will have practical industry experience and a comprehensive knowledge ofMedical Devicesand associated directives and regulations. You will have demonstrable knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO14971. Ideally, youll also have demonstrable knowledge of creation of technical files, process validation, and post market surveillance and vigilance. You will have demonstrable experience in Training Needs Analysis along with subsequent design and deliveryof training solutions and ideally you will have experience of training delivery in the virtual classroom environment.We help our clients achieve best practice, so you will need to have the ability to assimilate, articulate and present information at all levels across an organisation from shop floor to boardroom.As our Medical Devices Tutorexcellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal communication and people management skills are also essential.
