Job Description

Paid Media Manager - £30,000 - £35,000 DOE Due to the success and growth of our clients online presence, we are on the lookout for a talented Paid Media Manager to lead our acquisition efforts across paid channels. Youll have the responsibility of defining and executing the strategy to acquireand grow revenue from new clients to support the companys ambitious eCommerce targets.Tell me moreYoull be joining a business that continues to thrive in difficult economic circumstances, having recently opened a stunning new Head Office space in the Mailbox to reflect our high end luxury business. This is a pivotal time for the business as we continueto expand our Digital Marketing function in order to support our eCommerce platform.Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for the strategy and delivery of paid media across all channels, with a particular emphasis on paid social. Managing all online acquisition campaigns to an agreed budget and ROI, you wontbe satisfied with a shotgun approach - you will analyse results, test and optimise, and test again. You will instil best practice, adopt new functionality where necessary and ensure quality in order to deliver greater reach and engagement.The must haves:

  • You have a minimum of 6 months experience in biddable based media buying: Paid Social, PPC, Display.
  • Strong knowledge of Google and Meta marketing platforms and related technologies.
  • Experience managing budgets and producing detailed performance reports.
  • You have a "test and learn" mentality and experience conducting A/B tests.
  • A deep understanding of all things digital, driven by personal ambition for how digital can change the way companies do business.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with data to drive insights and recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of the digital technology landscape.
