WO 10478 - Mechanical Project Manager - Building Services - Birmingham.My client are a medium sized Birmingham based building services company and have been established for over 38 years. Having built up a reputation of reliability and trust with their major clients. They operate nationally in most sectors of the industry, including education, leisure, retail and the health service.We are now looking for a mechanical project manager to join their expanding team. The candidate needs to be either based in or near Birmingham with a current clean driving licence. This is a permanent position to work on various contracts in retail, leisure, health sector, office developments and commercial premises within the UK.We are looking for a self-motivated individual who must be able to interact with both clients, subcontractors and suppliers and report to Directors.Ideally you would be qualified to ONC/HNC in building services, be familiar with AutoCAD and have at least 3 to 5 years experience post qualification.ESSENTIAL: HNC or ONC in Building ServicesThe role will require design and estimating experience along with the subsequent managing of nationwide projects, from inception to completion.
