Main duties of the jobTo undertake maintenance, repair works, installation and minor improvement works across the complete estate.To undertake the duties of a "multi skilled" Mechanical craftsperson, including but not limited to:Heating services.DHW calorifiers.Mains and tank cold water.Repair / Replacement of TMVs , smart control systems, hydro boilersWater flushing of low used outlets, and temperature monitoring.Foul and storm drainage.Gas services and equipmentCatering equipment.Air conditioning.Laundry equipment,fire fighting equipment etc.Minor Electrical PPM tasks i.e. emergency light testing, PAT testing etc.General Building Works / Repairs.Joinery Works etc.EssentialRecognised CITB or EITB Apprenticeship with City and Guilds qualifications.DesirablePost Apprenticeship qualifications, formal certificated training in relevant areas.Gas Safe Registration.
