Job Description

Are you passionate about mathematics and inspiring the next generation of learners We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Secondary Maths Teachers to join our team in the vibrant educational communities of Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, andWalsall. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced educators and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to make a meaningful impact in the field of education.Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons to secondary school students.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic achievement and personal growth.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students, including those with varying abilities and backgrounds.
  • Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the wider school community and participate in professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Mathematics.
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love for mathematics among students.
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to communicate complex mathematical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
  • Adaptability and resilience to meet the challenges and opportunities of the classroom environment.
