Job Description

Marketing Manager £35,000 - £40,000 Birmingham BCR/JH/10940Bell Cornwall Recruitment is on the lookout for a Marketing Manager with a flair for creativity, a keen analytical mind, and a passion for driving brand growth. Our client, based in Birmingham, seeks an individual who will be responsible for developing,implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies that align with the companys objectives. The role demands an innovative approach to customer research, market conditions, competitor analysis, and the execution of comprehensive marketing plans. This pivotalposition will lead all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, ensuring the companys message resonates across all channels and drives tangible results.Key Duties

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain marketing strategies that meet company objectives. Evaluate and adapt marketing plans based on customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
  • Campaign Management: Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across sales activities, ensuring a cohesive approach to promoting new and existing products.
  • Brand and Corporate Identity: Take full responsibility for the companys brand management and corporate identity, crafting marketing materials that reflect the companys ethos and appeal to the target audience.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee online marketing initiatives, including e-shot preparation, online campaign management using tools like Mail Chimp, and social media strategy, aiming to increase engagement and follower numbers.
  • Content Creation: Direct the creation and publication of all marketing content in line with strategic plans, including managing the design of product launches, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications and campaigns. Utilise analytics to gain insights, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimise future strategies.
  • Partnerships and PR: Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for marketing opportunities. Oversee the design and production of PR materials, advertisements, and trade press engagements.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong numerical abilities and a solid business acumen.
  • Creative talent with the energy and enthusiasm to manage campaigns, coupled with the ability to motivate and delegate effectively within a team.
