You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and boost sales. Role purpose Work as a team to deliver against targets for weekly demos booked across three core markets: UK EAL, International EAL and UK ESOL in order to meet growth targets.Responsibilities o Contribute to the company’s marketing strategy across markets. o Develop, implement and report on multi-channel (digital-first but with traditional elements as appropriate) campaigns that generate demo bookings. o Build brand awareness withkey audiences and stakeholders. o Utilise the full range of marketing tactics to achieve results, including but not limited to: o Events (in-person, virtual, conferences, webinars, etc) o Email marketing o Web development and SEO o Content generation (written,video, audio, graphical) o Social media o Paid advertising (online and print) o Collateral creation o Press, PR and lobbying o Partner and influencer marketing o Further develop the company’s use of Salesforce and Pardot to create trackable, automated andengaging campaigns that generate and nurture leads. o Take a data-driven, test and refine approach to ensure maximum return on investment. o Contribute to improving customer retention. o Use marketing best practices to further expand our marketing performanceand capabilities. o Work with other departments to achieve success. o Line management of junior team members as appropriate. o Essential skills and experience required o All round marketing experience with a digital-first approach but that understands howto weave in traditional tactics appropriately to achieve outstanding results. o Adept at creating, implementing and reporting against strategy and objectives as part of a team. o Experience working with Salesforce and Pardot. o Great experience in managingemail marketing campaigns, from setting up, segmenting data, creating content and analysing results. o Working on organic and paid social media (creating ads and briefing the design team), creating copy and managing budgets. o Experience in PPC. o An understandingof SEO would be beneficial. o Able to create brand stories using multi-media content for a range of channels - case studies, blogs, thought leadership, press and PR through written, video, audio and visual tools. o Experience in managing full digital marketingcampaigns. o Creative flair but an analytical mind. o A team player who loves to work collaboratively with others and likes to contribute ideas. o Attention to detail with high standards. o Able to work at pace while maintaining quality. o Stakeholder managementexperience and able to build positive relationships across a wide range of teams and audiences. o An interest in the education or tech space.
