Job Description

Role: Marketing ManagerLocation: Home Working based in the UKSalary: £50k - £60k per nnRole Summary:My clinet is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Automation Manager to join our team under the direction of the Global Head of Marketing (US based). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managingour marketing automation platform, as well as executing email marketing campaigns and lead generation programs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing automation best practices, a strong technical background, and excellent communicationskills.Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage our marketing automation platform, including lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Create and manage automated email campaigns, including drip campaigns, event-triggered emails, and newsletters.
  • Build and execute lead generation campaigns that generate qualified leads for our sales team.
  • Collaborate with the content marketing team to create targeted content that aligns with our marketing automation strategy.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure that leads are properly routed and tracked within our CRM.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance using marketing automation and web analytics tools to optimize campaigns and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications and Competencies:
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing automation and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Pardot, or Hubspot.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation best practices, including inbound marketing, content marketing, and SEO.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and analyze campaign performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
