Job Description

The Marketing Director will be accountable for the growth of top line and margin of the retail vertical. You will be responsible for devising, developing and then executing the strategic plan for the business.Client DetailsMy client is one of the countries leading brands within the Retail Arena.   • Develop and lead execution of the omnichannel strategy for UK & Ireland.
  • Devise, develop and implement the retail brand strategy.
  • Lead weekly sales meetings, Monthly Forecast and Commercial reviews.
  • Lead and design retail initiatives, leveraging and demanding support from senior stakeholders
  • Improve and execute strategies with digital marketing, merchandising and operations that will digitally enhance the customer experience.
  • Lead and inspire the retail a function to deliver outstanding execution and insights to the business as well as being totally customer focused.
Profile
  • An in depth understanding of Retail and e-Commerce with exposure to relevant Marketplaces (Amazon/eBay)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
  • Experience in leading and developing teams.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing channels and e-commerce.
  • An appetite for strategic planning.
  • Pro-active and solution oriented .
  • Customer experience focused.
  • PNL Management.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end eCommerce strategy from UX to CRO to performance to omnichannel integration and be avidly aware of emerging trends and technologies
