Job Description

Role Introduction Play a leading role in the creation, management, quality and performance of all marketing campaigns through the use or marketing technology. You will be required to analyse, segmentation and report on campaigns.Working closely with the automation manager and field marketing team to ensure that requirements of campaigns are effectively coordinated across the Advanced organisation with the aim of improving campaign performance and marketing effectiveness and to aidthe achievement of agreed revenue targets. What You Will Do

  • Build campaign programs using Marketo and Salesforce and establish standardisation of data collection and updates through use of these programs
  • Support the M&A team with the implementation of new processes and technology into the Advanced lead lifecycle and technology stack
  • Manage Marketo across all marketing teams (field, digital, business development) and the associated programs
  • Play a key role in the marketing function to drive quality leads, feed the sales funnel and ensure appropriate follow-up and closed-loop reporting from colleagues in Sales.
  • Build knowledge across the marketing team of good practice in marketing operations to drive both effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Act as the subject expert on marketing automation (Marketo) best practice and work to upskill and coach marketing colleagues.
  • Ensure optimum set-up, processes and practices are in place for Marketo and Salesforce to enable marketing to demonstrate and report contribution/ROI for campaigns and key activities
