Job Description

We are a well-established recruitment agency with a reputation for providing a high quality recruitment service to Engineering and Manufacturing businesses across the UK. We are in a state of constant growth and due to the diversity of our business, we currentlyhave the need for a Managing Consultant to join our Engineering team.As a Managing Consultant, you will report directly into our Business Manager and will be responsible for supporting the management of the Engineering team. Working between our Birmingham and Redditch offices, you will assist with the learning and developmentof the Engineering team. We offer full training, in-house, outsourced and on the job coaching to help you become the best version of yourself.Responsibilities of the Managing Consultant:

  • Assisting with the Learning and Development of both existing and new members of the team.
  • To be involved in formulating and implementing strategies to drive the business forward.
  • Identification and development of new business with both new and existing clients.
  • Actively involved in the recruitment of new members of staff.
  • Alongside carrying out an overarching leadership role within the technical team, you will be expected to develop and manage your own business within an agreed vertical / niche market.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant within the Engineering / Technical sector and be ready to take the next step up to Managing Consultant.Benefits: In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
