SF Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside a highly successful and rapidly expanding PE backed business based in Birmingham. As a result of growth, they are currently on the lookout for a hard working, self motivated Management Accountant. Thisnew role is to support the Financial Controller with the day to day running of the finance function and requires someone capable of improving processes, business partnering with operations and providing high level financial analysis.This will suit someone with strong Management Accounts experience who has the drive and ambition to push the finance team forward and support the business growth. Study support will be offered for the successful candidate as well as flexibility to work fromhome one day a week.Role:- Production of monthly management accounts to strict deadlines- Budgeting and forecasting- Variance analysis and commentary- Business partnering with operations staff- Providing analysis on product costing and labour costs- System improvements- Ad hoc duties as requiredRequirements: - Strong work ethic and be a self starter - Ability to work well as part of a team and be a team player- Experience with process improvements / implementations- Strong Excel skills - Studying Towards ACCA/CIMAIf this role is of interest please click apply!
