Duties of the role
  • Orchestrate the creation of insightful management accounts, weaving data into clear narratives that guide strategic decisions.
  • Master the art of balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring bank accounts, payables, and receivables stay in perfect harmony.
  • Navigate bank compliance reports and manage net rent pay-overs with unwavering accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage funding requirements and keep cash flowing smoothly, liaising with suppliers to ensure all financial gears turn seamlessly.
  • Conquer VAT and CIS returns, liasing with tax authorities and ensuring all deadlines are met with confidence.
  • Assist in year-end audits, providing critical information and collaborating with external auditors to ensure a smooth and successful process.
  • Craft bespoke reports to meet the needs of clients and internal stakeholders, adapting to changing demands with agility.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, tenants, and suppliers, answering queries promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure accurate and timely database updates, keeping tenancy schedules meticulously maintained.
  • Continuously review processes and systems, safeguarding quality standards and driving continuous improvement.
  • Attend client finance meetings alongside senior team members, contributing your expertise and shaping informed financial strategies.
