Now expanding our international reach into Europe, we have an exciting opportunity to recruit a key member of the UK team, a Building Maintenance Technician / Engineer.Were an entrepreneurial team with big ambitions. The purpose of the Maintenance Technician role is to:

• Perform quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining office equipment such as printers, fax machines, telephones, etc.
• Supporting the facilities team with safety issues, including testing and recommendations.
• Coordinating equipment and parts deliveries from vendors and suppliers.
• Keeping documents of inspections and problems.
• Acting as a main point of contact for any building maintenance inquiries.
• Hands on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining office equipment and hardware.

This is a physically demanding role that will require heavy lifting, climbing, lifting of 50+lbs, standing and walking for extended periods of time; and a need to have good hand/eye coordination. Essential Skills

• Hold a Level 4 or equivalent in engineering, preferably in electrical/ mechanical or other engineering field

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience as mechanic/electrical/ HVAC technician in a manufacturing type building.
• Experience working with production equipment or supporting maintenance of assembly lines/manufacturing floor, etc.
• Background in mechanical or electrical maintenance/repair.
