Fresh Property Group are now looking to appoint a Maintenance Operative to join Onyx, our brand new 1025 bed student accommodation scheme in Birmingham for a start date in August.About YouWe’re looking for an individual who either has significant experience in a specialist trade, whether that be carpentry / joinery, plumbing, electrical or gas to name or few, or who has experience in residential repairs and fit outs. Highly organised and able to prioritise own workload, you will have a strong customer focus and be able to maintain the highest levels of professionalism with customers, even when under stress. You’ll also need to be IT literate including Microsoft Office and be competent in minor electrical maintenance works.
