Electrical Maintenance EngineerSalary up to £40,0000Hams Hall, BirminghamHours - Continental shift patterns, 4 on 4 off 6-6 Days & Nights.Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Hams Hall / Engineering / B46/ PPM / Electrical / MaintenanceThe Recruitment Group is working with a leading UK manufacturing company that produces pre-cast products for the construction sector, with 17 manufacturing facilities nationwide they are continuing to lead in their industry.Purpose of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer role:Our client is looking for an experienced Electrical Technician to Join the Maintenance team. To help with the day-to-day mechanical and electrical engineering within the plant.Company Benefits for Electrical Maintenance Engineer role:• Pension Scheme• Cycle-to-work scheme• 27 days plus bank holidays per year Holiday entitlementMain duties and responsibilities of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer role:• Attend regular machine breakdowns and solve/ diagnose any electrical or mechanical failures.• Take a lead on all Planned Maintenance.• Provide Engineering cover to suit the demands of the business.• To build and maintain effective relationships with all necessary departments to allow for a positive working relationship to provide some quick reactive solutions to ensure the smooth running of the plant.• Work closely with the maintenance & production teams to minimise downtime. To support improvement tasks to increase plant performance.• The ability to fault find and test semi-fully automated equipment.,• Be actively involved in maintaining and improving department and site housekeeping standards.Experience/knowledge requirements for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer role:• Previous experience in a Similar field, ideally from an electrical or Manufacturing Environment.• 18TH Addition Qualification (17th may be considered)• Recognised electrical qualification – Apprentice trained, Level 3 or above.• Good communication skillsPlease contact Amy Large at The Recruitment Group today.
