The successful candidate will be responsible to produce bespoke metals includes manufacturing tasks to ensure that products are finished to the highest standard.Full competency is preferred.Role responsibilities for Machine Operator" Working to daily targets with a variety of precious metals." Machine Operating" Metal preparation and logistics" Using Vernier and Micrometre for measurements." Use of hand tools" Quality inspection to a high standard" Providing estimated finishing times for prospective enquiries." Polishing barrels, appropriate application of polishing compound" Assembly of small parts" Ensuring workbench area is kept tidy all hand-tools are in a good state of repair and fit for purpose.Candidate will need:" The ideal candidate for the Machine Operator will be confident working under their own direction and have an understanding that no two days are the same. A strong drive to fulfil customer expectations and commitments will be vital." For experienced applicants, a strong manufacturing background will be essential.
