Job Description

  • Salary - £45,000 - £55,000
  • Location - Birmingham
Our client are specialists in the M&E industry and due to recent success are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager (M&E), the role would involve running multiple M&E Projects for blue chip Clients within the commercial sector, on a nationwidebasis.Project Manager Position Overview
  • The M&E Projects range from smaller refurbishment works to full installations and multi-million-pound contracts.
  • This position would primarily be office based in Birmingham. However, due to the Nature of the works, national coverage would be required, and you would be expected to travel to attend progress meetings and site visits.
  • You would be Reporting to the Director, the Project Manager will be responsible for design and cost management at preconstruction stage, through to effective delivery via our existing and growing supply chain.
  • The overall responsibility of the role is to ensure successful execution and completion of multiple projects, meeting defined timescales, quality standards and commercial objectives.
Project Manager Position Requirements
  • Experience with design and installation on commercial/retail electrical projects
  • Electrically qualified to 18th edition or similar
  • SSSTS / SMSTS preferable - training provided
  • Use of Microsoft platforms
Project Manager Position Remuneration
  • Salary - £45,000 - £55,000
