Working with the FA Proposition Lead for M&A and wider business team to embed key activities, youll have a specific focus on M&A campaigns, events and internal communications that inspire bothour people and our clients. You will be responsible for:

  • Helping to shape and deliver sector specific campaigns for the firms M&A market offerings
  • Leading external marketing campaigns, covering topical issues important to our key buyers
  • Helping our client facing teams showcase the wide range M&A services and capabilities internally, to the wider Deloitte organisation, as well as externally to clients and potential buyers
  • Activate thought leadership and other Global M&A marketing campaigns, tailoring content specifically for our local market and target audience
  • Collaborating with other marketing and business development colleagues to bring the best of the Deloitte business together around the M&A agenda for our key audiences, creatively and diligently through a variety of channels and formats
  • Be a custodian and ambassador of our digital eminence and social media efficacy within M&A
  • Manage diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

  • Experienced marketing professional, having used a wide range of marketing tactics in a business-to-business environment
  • Demonstrable experience shaping and driving marketing campaign strategy
  • Experienced in demonstrating the impact of your marketing activity to non-marketing colleagues
  • Your previous roles will have required you to work with technical/client facing teams to write compelling copy and campaign content
  • Used to advising on robust, achievable KPIs for GTM activity and able to draw meaningful conclusions from reporting on those initiatives
  • You will be very used to working within a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Essential
  • Exceptional strategic marketing planning capability
  • You will have worked in a marketing capacity within a large professional services firm or Partnership structure
  • You are energised by team-work, thinking collaboratively, leveraging the strengths of others you work with
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and leaders within the business
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo, thinking on your feet, looking at ways to innovate
  • Strong digital marketing skills; experienced in using Sociable or other content advocacy tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident to present to others
Desirable
  • CIM or other professional marketing qualification
  • Working knowledge of Marketo or other marketing automation tools
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Experience of running hybrid or virtual events and webinars using platforms such as Global Meet, Zoom, MS Teams, or other collaboration software
