LOGISTICS CUSTOMER CARE ADMINISTRATOR£20,000 - £25,000Based Birmingham (B37)Rotating Shift - Monday to Friday 10am-6.30pm / 1.00pm-9.00pm Permanent PositionSeeking to recruit a LOGISTICS CUSTOMER CARE ADMINISTRATOR, working for a Global Logistics organisation based in Birmingham (B37) looking after a large Key Account customer and their logistics requirements.Ideally seeking a candidate who has worked in freight forwarding, Shipping or Logistics, the role will be a split between Customer Service and Administration.Responsible to a Key Account enquiries and queries relating to their freight shipments, arranging EXPORT Airfreight and Roadfreight shipments, updating systems with information, tracking and tracing shipments across the global. Checking Customs declarations, weights & dimensions, documentation, freight invoices and billings, and raising queries.The role is working on a weekly rotating shift of Monday to Friday 10am-6.30pm and 1pm-9.00pm (circa) with the possibility of extended hours during peak times/month end.The role requires a candidate who possesses excellent communication and administration skills, who is a team player and can learn new ways of working quickly, a positive attitude and desire to learn and succeed.Previous experience of handling Key Account customers and working with the Freight shipping and logistics industry would be an advantage.
